We spend so much time putting on and playing roles. It is important to practice letting the roles go and abiding in being in our deeper self, role-less. The spirit essence of our being. The non-material, non-physical awareness.
The practice, access and abidance is in meditation.
MEDITATION
Sitting daily 20 minutes in the morning and afternoon
Meditation has helped me delve into this inquiry and it has brought subtle joy: An awareness of the present moment, an appreciation of the small. Every day rest, and plant peace.  Nothing is more important than my peace.  Through the practice of meditation I am, unfolding, awakening grateful.
