Ana Valdes Lim is an actress, acting coach, director, author.  Ana coaches actors privately, online, or face to face.  With 40 years of international experience, Ana now lives in Nagoya, Japan.  Ana is a graduate of the Juilliard School, Drama Division, NY.  She worked with the Public Theater, in NY, The Acting Co, Berkeley Rep, La Jolla Playhouse, and NY City Opera.  Ana played a recurring role on As The World Turns. She played Lisa in John Carpenter's horror classic, Prince of Darkness.  She was artistic director, awarded Emerita of Metta, at Assumption College after 16 years.  In 2022 Ana completed training with TIE (Theater Intimacy Education) for Best Practices, Staging Intercourse & Outercourse.  2024 Ana edited a new book: Theater Arts, a compilation of classic scenes in dialects written by women inmates of the Correctional Institution of the Philippines.  Ana has taught for the Bureau of Corrections for 12 years.
